We started with our rich dark chocolate made from organic, fair trade beans sourced in the Democratic Republic of Congo and added crisp, organic shredded coconut for the ultimate crunchy, tropical bite. One of our favorite ways to enjoy this bar is to melt pieces between warm pancakes for a melty, tropical delight first thing in the morning.
