Hand carved, sustainable birds crafted in Kenya by a group of artisans using reclaimed jacaranda wood. 4-4.5" x 1.25-1.5" x 3-4.25" Sold assorted Dozens of different species from all over the world!
The jacaranda wood is trimmed from city trees and provided to this group of artisans who start with machetes and then use carving knives to refine the design before they are sanded, painted with non toxic paints and lacquered with a natueal finish wire legs are added and wrapped in yarn.
Perfect in house plants, on patios or windowsills! They add a splash of color and texture! They also make great gifts for bird watchers.
